A vacation cannot be truly complete if it does not include the tasting of local dishes. At our street food we offer you a combination of ancient and modern flavors that not only delights the palate but also the spirit.<\/p>\n\n

In an informal atmosphere, in the open air, among Mediterranean olive trees, organized food trucks prepare foods,<\/strong> many of them km 0<\/strong>, respecting the recipes of the Abruzzo tradition.\u00a0<\/strong>But above all, they offer healthy and good food, capable of meeting the pleasure of both children and parents.<\/p>\n\n

Throughout the week, in the company of live music, there are food and wine events<\/strong> washed down with wines from the best wineries in the area.<\/p>\n\n

In addition, considering that the whole of Italian cuisine is an excellence in the world, there is no shortage of tantalizing twinning with Piadina Romagnola<\/strong> and Sicilian arancini,<\/strong> cannoli, cassate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Even with some delicious regional overflows, the range of excellent Abruzzo brands confirms itself as the flagship of our culinary square.<\/p>\n\n

Wines of Abruzzo<\/strong> such as Montepulciano, Cerasuolo, and Trebbiano<\/strong>, or coffee torrefacted by <\/strong>Marcaf\u00e8<\/strong>, a historic firm in Giulianova,<\/strong> are gastronomic souvenirs<\/em><\/strong> to take to loved ones and friends. The extra virgin<\/strong> oil recovered from the olive groves of the surrounding hillsor the Ratafia<\/em>, <\/strong>traditional black cherry liqueur, with which toasts were made in notary’s offices after ratifying a deed (hence the name), are also a must-have, stocking up on genuine and delicious products.<\/p>\n\n
